The vacuum rotary evaporator is heated by water/oil bath under negative pressure conditions, while forming a thin film in the inner of the evaporating flask by continuous rotation, evaporating highly, then condensing and recycling the solvent simultaneously. The apparatus is particularly suitable for the heat-sensitivity material's condensation, crystallization, separation, recovery, and so on.
R series is a new type of rotary evaporator developed by our company, which can be used for the concentration of 5 materials simultaneously. Apart from the elegant appearance with compact design, easy operation, precise temperature control, reliable capability, practical and humanized design, and durability, R series rotary evaporator(R-1005, R-1010, R-1020, R-1050 sized optional) is also with the following features.
1. Big LCD screen with menu interface displaying several data; rotary switch easy to operate.
2. Heating bath with T ef lo n coating, which is easy to clean, anti-corrosive, and high temperature resistant as well.
3. Temperature of R series can reach up to 99ºC. Heater stops heating in over-temperature conditions.
4. Special design of bottle pulling switch, which is easy to disassemble the evaporation flask.
5. Sealing made up of imported PTFE with a unique technique.
6. Both screen touch control and button press automatic lifting are available, easy, and safe to use.
7. DC rotating motor of 70w power starts steadily.
8. Vertical condenser with drip point design prevents backflow.
9. Intermittent positive and negative rotating function with timer function for drying process, maximum rotating speed up to 310rmp/min.
10. Vacuum degree can be controlled with the vacuum gauge and vacuum valve, which can prevent pump oil from backflow and improves the success rate of experiment.
11. Heating bath with safe handle, which is heat insulated and prevents scald. The medium sized heating bath helps heat fast.
12. Equipped with a protection cap, which is heat preserved, energy saving and anti-spill and anti-boiling.
