This machine is used to recover organic solvents from a liquid solution, not suitable for recycling gas and solid-state materials.
It's suitable for recovery of organic solvents used for cleaning from waste solution, such as waste solution resulting from spray gun cleaning industry, trichlorethylene solution for cleaning electronic products, toluene solvent, optical lens cleaning IPA, ethanol, banana oil used in printing industry etc. can be simply categorized as follows:

2 intelligent digital PID control system

4. Independent seal design
The sealing ring of solvent recovery machine is produced independently-molding,which ensure that the solvent gas solvent does not cause leakage and risk. Under normal operation, the washer is guaranteed for three years
5 the shutdown function of temperature-setting:
The temperature shutdown set, the solvent is finished or the temperature probe cann't feel the solvent vapor, the device will automatically shut down.digital sensors, high precision, can be set to a low of 5 degrees off.
6 timer function:
Pre-set recovery time ,when the machine running time reaches a preset length of time, the device will stop heating system. when the fans continue to run for about 20 minutes, the device will automatically shut down. This function is to prepare for when there is residual vapor within barrel, the steam from the pipe will run out causing safety problems if the power is cut off.
7 ultra-high temperature protection:
Preset maximum heating temperature, when the heat transfer oil temperature reaches a preset maximum temperature, the high temperature protection red light will be on and the heater will stop heating. This feature effectively prevent the temperature is too high.
8 pressure protection function:
In case of pipeline blockage, steam will not be discharged through the steam pipe. When the pressure exceeds 3KG, the valve will automatically open to relief the pressure.
9 temperature control system damage protection:
In the process of operation, if something wrong happen,for example,temperature controller is damaged, or the sensor wire is damaged, the device will automatically stop working. When the recovery start again, the device will not run to avoid sovlent completely evaporate or accidence due to the continueously heating.
Optional features: You can choose a variety of functions and combine your needs reasonablely in order to achieve the desired treatment effect. There are air-cooling,water-cooling, under slagging , dumping type, vacuum decompression pump, automatic feeding, continuous feeding type, etc.
