Product Description

FCF series laboratory magnetic stirring high pressure reactor is a gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, or gas-liquid-solid three-phase chemical raw material of a chemical reaction stirring device. It can make a variety of chemical substances in high pressure, vacuum, and temperature conditions fully stirred to enhance the mass transfer and heat transfer process.
FCF series has many models, according to the capacity of the reaction kettle, there are 0.05L,0.1L,0.25L,0.5L,1L, 2L, 3L, 5L, 10L, and 20L. Setting pressure is 22Mpa, max. temperature is 350ºC, with different stirring speeds, and heating power.

The device mainly adopts a static sealing structure, and there is a magnetic coupler between the agitator and the motor. Because of its non-contact transmission torque, static seals are used instead of dynamic seals, which can completely solve the problem of leakage during stirring. Therefore, our compact autoclave is more suitable for various agitation reactions such as flammable, explosive, toxic, and valuable media. . Other chemical media have strong penetrating power and are ideal non-leakage reaction equipment for processes such as vulcanization, fluorination, petroleum oxidation, chemistry, organic synthesis, polymerization of polymer materials, and foods.
