ZZKD solvent recovery machine can easily recycle solvent according to the distillation recycling operating principle and is widely used in various industries that use organic solvent as a cleaning agent, such as dirty solvent from cleaning the spray gun, trichloroethylene from cleaning electronic products, toluene, anhydrous alcohol, IPA used as cleaning the optical lens, etc., is very good for the environment.
Through the distillation process, the solvent is boiled to a vapor and then condensed back into a liquid, leaving the contaminant behind in the tank for recovery. Our equipment has a tank with a specially designed bag liner, which contains the left-behind residues, and is easily and cleanly removed. The collected solvents can be up to 99% pure.

This machine is used to recover organic solvents from a liquid solution, not suitable for recycling gas and solid-state materials.
